By downloading, installing, or using the Loki mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

3. Description of Service

Loki is a mobile application that allows users to transform photos and videos of their pets using artificial intelligence technology. The App provides AI-powered photo and video transformation features through subscription-based access.

4. User Accounts and Registration

4.1 Account Creation

  • You must create an account to use certain features of the App
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Subscription Services

5.1 Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Subscription: Access to premium features for 1 month
  • Annual Subscription: Access to premium features for 12 months
  • Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region

5.2 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • iOS users: Manage subscriptions in Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
  • Android users: Manage subscriptions in Google Play Store > Account > Subscriptions

5.3 Payment

  • Payment is processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
  • All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law or store policies
  • We do not store your payment information directly

5.4 Free Trial

  • Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
  • You can cancel during the trial period to avoid charges

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 Permitted Use

  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Upload only photos/videos of your own pets or pets you have permission to use
  • Respect intellectual property rights

6.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
  • Upload copyrighted material without permission

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of photos and videos you upload
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload content

7.2 AI-Generated Content

  • AI-transformed images and videos are provided for your personal use
  • We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content based on your uploads
  • Generated content may be subject to technical limitations

7.3 App Content

  • The App, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by VitaApps S.R.L.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
  • Processing times may vary depending on system load

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaApps S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Deleting the App does not cancel active subscriptions

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Use the App in ways that harm our service or other users

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  • Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
  • You acknowledge Google's Terms of Service apply to your use of Google Play Store
